It’s been a work in progress since 2020 (so longggg) so it would be mostly updates after video tours of what I’ve done so far. Is this a tired form of content or is it something you all would tune in to?
Excuse the gaps and unfinished aspects, as well as my messy workspace, working on a hogwarts moc requires rebuilding everything after any slight change to one buildings portion or design in order to make things flow.
After many iterations I’ve decided that this has the most detail while maintaining a somewhat condensed footprint. Now I just need to do some edits I had in mind with the great hall and then I can see how far I can duplicate this design.
I want to try and somehow add another layer of arches to create the alley but it’s hard to make the courtyard feel big and still achieve the alley
Also you can pop the insides out flick-missile style :)
Put some mirror stickers on my bulk trans blue pieces from the 2018 set
Hello fans, I want to include this new sticker in my hogwarts moc, and don’t really have a place for it unless I can have another plain stickered piece on the opposing side of the hallway.
Does anyone know how to print vanilla versions of stickers like this that emulates the way Lego stickers look too? If not would anyone be able and willing to sell me one?

Added some greenery to my collection of castle (and part of the d&d) sets with my wizard sig fig on the bridge, other than that I love the og classic yellow look (peep the og Lego face on the salesman getting taxed… oh and also the plot to capture the princess)
I have so many more villains but I wanted this display to have a darker grungier tone, some of these minifigs can’t be topped
Added a gray cape to make nearly headless nick more movie accurate, also gave Rowena from dh better hair, because some of her detailing is black I figure it doesn’t look too out of place, also changed Myrtle’s hair to black cuz the gray looked weird. I know the blacks a bit of a contrast but that’s how the ghosts look in the movie, even considered keeping Myrtle’s dark gray torso and legs from earlier years cuz her hogwarts robes are really black
If Lego were to do modular sets similar to the hogwarts for Harry Potter, what would u want to see?
I think it’s a great format for bigger scale ideas, and while Star Wars doesn’t have a single iconic location, the possibilities still remain endless because there’s so many iconic settings.
And before you start talking about target audiences, I doubt Star Wars really profits as much doing the newer movies and stuff since it’s less popular than the og six movies and maybe the clone wars/rebels
Personally I think a modular Geonosis would be perfect, one set for padmes ship w anakin and padme, and the hall of resting Geonosians, somewhat like a Tantive IV trooper pack but with a ship and landing platform. Another set for the droid factory with droids, jango, r2 and unfinished 3po. Another for the war room with Poggle and some separatists, maybe even obi wan and his cell on geonosis. And ofc finally a flagship arena set with the remaining characters, monsters, droids, geonosians, possibly split into different sections w unique characters and monsters.
Again it could be spread out over time like the hogwarts so it’s not a huge wave of ep 2 sets, lmk what ideas u guys have!
I feel like I’m having a Mandela effect with this set and it’s been revealed for like a week. I could’ve sworn in the first images I saw inserts for the big sand green arches with the windows to the black lake???
Sometimes I check Reddit right when I wake up so maybe I was half dreaming this or something crazy
Now that I look at the images I understand why everyone’s saying it’s so bad and minimal, those pieces could’ve easily made this so much better and atmospheric
