Place to rent for birthday party

Hi! I have around 10 people to invite for celebrating my birthday in October. I want to bring my drinks, food, some games, turn on music in background. Nothing crazy, just chill.

My studio is too small for it. Are there any options to rent it for the evening in Antwerpen somewhere? Not too expensive, I just want to chill with friends 😀

If you know some options, please tell us 😀

Short/medium strategy for beginner

Hi! I am 30, male, work in IT in Antwerpen.
Due to life events, lost all savings couple years ago and was in surviving mode. Now I returned to some good ground.
My netto is 2600€ (and maltijdchecks 10€/day).

My monthly budget (I am a guardian for my sibling, I don’t see how I can lower the rent expenses):
Rent and house bills(utilities, internet) - 1000€
Food (2people) - 400€
I commute with bike.
I put 800 eur as savings every month.
Rest is for all life activities - gym, physiotherapist, educational courses, clothes, going out, a bit of travelling for us - around 600€.

I managed to save 6000€ as a safety emergency fund, and invested 2500€ in ETF. (I have also 2500 on closed rent account and around 1000€ in saving account to pay for my sybling’s university, but we don’t count that). Right now every month I just buy iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF in Bolero.

Probably I can see if I can lower my food expenses and lower 600€ for lifestyle - there must be some room, because I updated all my clothes and appliances (I usually buy with promos or new-state second hand) and there is an option to eat breakfast/lunch at work. I even got to know how to sew to mend the clothes. Probably it can get 300€ monthly savings increase, although I am not sure if quality of life would remain the same. I really don’t spend a lot in vacations: I sleep in hostels or go hiking, use FlixBus or Rayanair/Wizzair. My colleagues go to Japan/other Asian countries or France for couple of weeks, so I think I live a bit frugaler.

Do you think I need to change something right now? My plan is to be able to land mobility budget in couple of years and start paying for own house. Then in some years open own bv or land a high paid job in NL and increase monthly netto. I don’t think retirement at 40 is realistic for my case, but if I can retire in my 50ish, I would consider it a success.

I thought about getting a flexi job, but I don’t think I can handle this workload - I am tired enough right now (and I study Dutch as well therefore it doesn’t seem healthy at the moment).
