Termites in apartment?

I live in central Florida and recently these started appearing in the window and by the window and the wings too, not the best photos and trying to research it I get mixed answers.

We stopped by the office today and let them know & he said based off the photo it’s not a termite because it’s not white. Supposedly says it some kind of flying ant and that we have those bugs in the trees around here (my complex has a ton of trees and a pond/lake nearby. He came by, put some kind of pesticide or something down, cleaned it up and left and told us to let him know if we still see them and they’ll have to check our window.

So my question is are these termites??? I still think they are but not much we can do currently. We cleaned the room out and have it shut off for the time being since I don’t trust that it’s not termites (and don’t always trust apartment complexes lol) I’ve seen orange oil and stuff is good to use but not sure if I can use that since I’ve heard there’s laws around it.

For context I have a 2019 touring coupe, I got it with only 8k miles 3 years ago or so and it’s only at 34k miles on it now. I’m currently on my third battery, given it’s ‘age’ I wasn’t too surprised that the manufacturer battery went out & I did replace with it a cheaper battery so when that went out after a year, I figured it was that. My boyfriend replaced it with a way nicer battery (it has warranty on it thank god) and after about a year same thing battery is dead, we jump it & it won’t start again after that.

I’m going to take the battery on Monday to get it checked and hopefully replaced. Could there be any other issue or am I just having that bad of luck with batteries?
