HBO Max Europe's renewed interest in Cartoon Network classics

Seeing as since last July The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy have been integrated into HBO Max All of Europe and this month the original Powerpuff Girls In Central and Eastern European countries, it seems they are now interested in adding classic and not-so-classic series to their service, even if it's just the first season.

According to SupremaToons' French Twitter page, Squirrel Boy and Mike, Lu & Og are already confirmed to be available on the service at some point.

And seeing as the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the CIS countries and the Baltic countries are now included to have these classics, it doesn't surprise me that both are arriving in these parts

Furthermore, it wouldn't be unreasonable for the classics that are already in Western Europe to gradually reach the aforementioned countries as well.

And seeing how HBO Max Europe is different from the American version makes it even more clear.

Well, I'm still waiting for the arrival of the following classic and non-classic programs in the not-too-distant future.

I hope Chowder is also on HBO Max CEE

The Powerpuff Girls have just arrived in Central and Eastern European countries, including Baltic countries, CIS countries and Ukraine. With the exception of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Balkan countries

Honestly, I still have faith that this series will be included alongside the Western European classics that have been available since August 2025.

Also, because some dubs is difficult to find, at least in better quality.

POS the list of languages that would be available

  • Bulgarian
  • Hungarian
  • Romanian
  • Polish
  • Russian (I hope they bother to add the Russian dub, especially since The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack is, for unknown reasons, not available in the CIS or on the AMEDIATEKA hub)
  • Lithuanian (Just title translation, I've lost the point of doing a voice-over)
  • Estonian (title translation)
  • Latvian (title translation)
  • Ukrainian (title translation)

That's all I'll say, haha. I'm also still waiting for Ben 10 Omniverse and Generator Rex.

Everyone hates Pickle and Peanut for no apparent reason.

The image belongs to the author REDBIRD2935, who happens to be ME.

How I regret having done this fucking garbage, yes, I don't like Pickle and Peanut and I stand by that stance, but I think I went too far with my hatred for that image.

But anyway, I was 12 years old when I published that crap, so

A somewhat unpopular and slightly controversial opinion: Chowder was also a predecessor to what would become Teen Titans Go

When making comparisons or similarities with other series, And Teen Titans Go is no exception, as we have Batman the brave and Bold and Super Hero Squad, which came out years before Teen Titans Go, and Sonic Boom, which came out a year after the series.

These series share similarities with Teen Titans Go, being a superhero series with a comedic and humorous touch.

Although from my perspective, in terms of the humor and jokes of Teen Titans Go, I would say they remind me of Chowder, and it would even be a predecessor to what Teen Titans Go would become years later.

Chowder's humor, besides being absurd, somewhat acidic and chaotic, also included jokes where the characters broke the fourth wall or spoke to the audience about the episode or the series.

Teen Titans Go would later take up these things, albeit with their own execution or doing them in their own way.

But anyway, that would be my point of view; you can see for yourselves and give your opinions.

I have respect for both series, especially Teen Titans Go! in its best seasons and Chowder.

It's not just DC's longest-running show, but also CN's, and believe me, it's seen other shows die.

As someone new to this subreddit, I have to say I have a great love-hate relationship with this series. I'm clearly a little disappointed with how the series is going so far.

In fact, I had made a version similar to this image (which is honestly an improved remake) in 2024, I had posted it on another Teen Titans Go subreddit that was unfortunately deleted for reasons I don't know, I think it was a place where fans and haters coexisted equally.

I'll just say that time sure does fly by, doesn't it?

And yes, I know that the new Adventure Time and Regular Show series have come out and The Amazing World of Gumball Revival/Season 7

But I still made this meme to remember the past and the good times that may or may not come back.

Tell me what you think, fans and haters of Teen Titans Go!

Other Cartoon Network classics unpublished will also arrive on HBO Max Europe (possibly on the same day, July 13, along with The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy). My possible wish list

According to the SupremaToons Twitter page, not only will Flapjack and Billy and Mandy be the only titles, but there will also be more classics very soon, probably on the same day, But for now they are only surprise/unreleased titles

https://x.com/SupremaToons/status/2069824889440137556

So here's my personal list of possible candidates, although they probably aren't the titles I'm showing.

I hope these series will be on HBO Max Europe, even if it's just the first few seasons.

The first season of The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy arrives on July 13 on HBO Max Europe

Initially, it was announced as a rumor until it was officially announced in the HBO Max France release schedule.

https://newsroom.warnerbros.fr/decouvrez-les-nouveautes-en-juillet-sur-hbo-max/?lang=fra

It is believed that Hungary may hold these titles by that date.

Only those two titles are confirmed so far, and it's uncertain whether there will be a new batch of classics, as in late July and early August of last year, since it should be remembered that Chowder, Dexter's Laboratory, The Original Powerpuff Girls and Courage the Cowardly Dog were announced originally, and later more classics were announced, among them, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Cow and Chicken, Camp Lazlo, and Ben 10 Alien Force.

There may be more classics besides those two released on that date, but for now we don't know anything.

I'm hoping they'll release together in a bundle: KND, Generator Rex, Johnny Bravo, Ben 10 Ultimate Alien, and Ben 10 Omniverse. I'm particularly hoping the latter will be available in Europe.

Possible date for the localization of the service to Croatian

Thanks to a website called DUBDB, The Dragon Striker series will be the first to receive Croatian dubbing for the streaming service, and it's likely that the Croatian localization will be available after Dragon Striker premieres, from June 10th or earlier.

The only titles on Disney+ that have Croatian dubbing are Zootopia 2 and the first four Toy Story movies.

We'll see what happens during this week and the rest of this month.

Since this page closed days ago, I need another alternative to make more AI covers. There's Easy AI Voice, Fakeyou, and a few others, but it's not the same.

They believe there is another alternative that is equal to or even better than this one?
