Need help with a dispute (Please)
Back in February, I went to a music festival. Someone messaged me on Instagram asking me to buy merch for them because they could not attend. They said they would send me the money through PayPal, and I would use it to buy the shirts they wanted.
The person was a guy from Indonesia who buys band merch from different countries and resells it to people in Indonesia who cannot get it themselves. I followed his account, and some bands followed him too, so I thought he was trustworthy.
I bought the merch and shipped it to the U.S. address he gave me. About a month later, he filed a PayPal complaint saying he never received the items. I gave PayPal the tracking number, which shows the package was delivered.
I have evidence that I shipped the items and that they were delivered, but PayPal still closed the dispute in his favor. Now PayPal says I owe $200. They claimed the tracking shows the package was delivered to my house, but it was not my address. I cannot afford this, please help me. I dont know what to do.
