Hi everyone! I’m an incoming sophomore and I was assigned a single in Waite Hall (E-Complex) for next year (specifically on third floor)
I was wondering if anyone has lived in Waite before and could share their experience.
I’m curious about things like:
How are the single rooms? Do they feel spacious enough?
Is the building generally quiet or noisy?
Any pros or cons of living in Waite or E-Complex in general?

I’m a 19-year-old female looking at insurance options for a Tesla Model Y Standard Range AWD and trying to figure out what realistic rates look like for someone my age.

A little background:
Clean driving record
First Tesla
Located in Massachusetts
Probably driving average mileage
Financing the car

I know being 19 is going to make insurance expensive no matter what, but I’m curious:
What companies gave you the best rates for a Model Y?
Has anyone around my age had decent luck with certain insurers?
Is Tesla Insurance actually cheaper compared to companies like GEICO, Progressive, State Farm, etc.?
Roughly what monthly premium should I expect?

Would really appreciate hearing real experiences before I start getting quotes. Thanks!
