I spun this onto my spinner at a slightly higher tension than I normally do, since I added too much twist to this batch (it kept forming little pigtails). What do you all typically do to let your yarn rest out the twist?

Found this Irish castle in pieces at a yard sale. I told myself I wouldn’t buy another wheel, but $12?! I mean, come ON. And it’s only missing two, easily replaced pieces. Even though it’s unusable at the moment, it still makes an awesome corner piece for my dining room.

The kind gent selling it said he was hoping I would take it after assembling the whole thing in his front lawn lol.

Macey is back at it again. She was easier to catch this year. Yes I missed a boot with the fur. But she doesn’t mind. Very excited to start spinning with this fleece.
