I've had enough of Flipkart accepting orders they clearly can't fulfill. Delays, excuses, terrible support, and zero accountability—every single time. If you can't deliver orders properly, stop taking them. Stop wasting customers' time. Absolutely pathetic

Extremely disappointed with Flipkart. My phone delivery has been delayed for days, and despite repeated complaints, there is absolutely no response to emails. The so-called customer support is limited to chat, which is unable to provide any solution or accountability. There is no proper customer care number to reach a responsible person.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. Customers are left helpless with no way to get updates or resolutions.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before trusting Flipkart with expensive purchases until they improve their customer service and customer grievance handling.
