I started J2 two months ago and it is very OE-friendly. The only thing I hate is that they pay me every 45 days, so every 20th of the month I receive the payment for the previous month. Also, it’s through an international transfer, so the bank takes around 300 to 400 USD monthly in fees. Do you think that if I get another job, it would be better to quit J2?
While I was trying to get into OE, I thought my current J1 was very OE-friendly. But once I started working on J2, I realized J1 actually isn’t that OE-friendly. Still, since I have a lot of experience with the project, it’s pretty easy for me to get all my work done for both jobs.
What do you think makes a job OE-friendly?
Estas últimas semanas me ha tocado entrevistar gente para la posición frontend y ahora me doy cuenta de las fallas que uno puede llegar a tener en la entrevistas.
Mis entrevistas las enfoco más en conversaciones para ver en qué han trabajado y que decisiones técnicas han tomado, retos etc, y una que otra pregunta técnica puntual y siento que a muchos les falla la forma en la que se expresan o dan a entender lo que quieren expresar, se van por las ramas o si no tienen una respuesta prefieren inventar en vez de simplemente decir que no saben.
Las personas que he mandado al siguiente paso del proceso por lo regular cumplen el perfil técnico y el plus de saberse explicar correctamente.
Me parece que eso me está ayudando incluso a mí para aprender cómo tomar mis siguientes entrevistas, qué opinan? Esto es para una posición senior.
