Lashes falling out?

I got a lash lift about 12 days ago, and I've noticed that at least one lash is falling out per day 😭 Is this normal? btw this was my first time doing it. I have dead straight lashes. Idk what to do. I'm stressed touching it in general, but I do brush it, and when I wear mascara, how exactly do I wash it off?

crack in tooth?

A random day my tooth suddenly started hurting. It only hurts when I eat on it or have something hot or cold. So, I stop eating on that side. Dentist suspects a crack.

So far:
1 they put spacers in
2 a week later they put a metal band around the tooth.
3 Still experiencing pain with the band. So they adjusted my bite because they thought it might be hitting too high.
4 Still the exact same issue after 2 weeks

X-rays apparently show the nerve sits high in this tooth, but before all this I never had problems with it. They’ve now redone the filling, and next step is apparently an onlay/crown, then root canal if that fails.

What’s stressing me out is how long and drawn out this process feels. the anxiety + cost is getting to me. My gum around the tooth is irritated from the spacers, there’s now a gap between the molars because of the spacers, and after the recent filling I was in pain once the numbing wore off (fine the next day though). I’m worried about how much this tooth has been put through the past few weeks.

I’m also worried about how much tooth structure gets removed for an onlay/crown, if it got that point. Which at this rate, according to my dentist is what’s going to happen next since I’m still not feeling fine with this filling. My fear is going through all this (after the crown) and still having pain when chewing after. 😭

The dentist also said I have bruxism, apparently I’ve even ground down a filling before. I have TMJ. I might be getting Invisalign again because my teeth shifted after braces, so she said she may wait before making a night guard.

I’m just overwhelmed and idk what to do.

Hi, I’m looking for tutors who can assist with essay feedback and general guidance for the following units: HPY711, HPS744, HPS733, and HPY713. I’m currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science.

I’m also new to the uni and I tried posting this on the Deakin Facebook page but couldn’t find the right group, so I’m not sure if it exists.
