Anyone hunting the 2018 Ohtani Future Stars #FS-5 "Unicorn" knows the Black parallel is a myth. A myth that I finally tracked down, twice.

But check out the labels. Left says Black, right says Blue.

One label is right, and the other is a massive mechanical mistake that somehow cleared QA. PSA spent years calling these ~/100 Black parallels the cheap base inserts, but I’ve never seen a mistake made like this.

Finding one of these parallels is tough, but owning a matching visual pair where PSA validated one and completely botched the other? That has to be a peak hobby anomaly.

Anyone else have a side-by-side piece of grading history like this?
