So i had a offer accepted and mortgage approved for a house 3 months ago now ive had probably 1 email from the solicitors and ive emailed them at least 5 times with no response at all beside once saying the searches are nearly complete which was over a month ago. The new laws expect me to give 2 months notice while renting which is fine if solicitors actually gave you a time frame or updates its ridiculous. Are they all the same or am i just unlucky?
