Fearmongering or truth??

Bought some parts for my first build
7800x3d
Asrock B650 Pro rs wifi

A good amount people are saying that it was the wrong choice and i should straight up return it because its not worth the risk;
Is this right? Should I return it and get a MSI or Asus board? Thanks for the advice!

New MOBO back came damaged?

Just bought a B650 PRO RS WIFI from Asrock, when checking the back of the MOBO i find these strange residue lines? Scratch? I don’t know what it is, should i be worried??
