Requirements:

Shizuku https://github.com/rikkaapps/shizuku

zarchiver

Your boot animation. Make sure it's a file called bootanimation.zip and not some .mp4 videos.

Now let's get started

Step 1: setup shizuku and grant permissions to zarchiver. Here's how you setup shizuku if you don't know how.

Open shizuku and hit pairing then grant permissions. After that open developer options and turn on USB debugging and USB debugging security settings. Then turn on wireless debugging and press on (pair with pairing code) and you will see the shizuku notification change. Enter the number in and open shizuku then hit start.

Step 2: open zarchiver then press on the 3 dots on the top corner and go to settings > ROOT > change it from SU to SUI/Shizuku and toggle on everything on there

Step 3: press the top and go to ROOT folder then go to /data/system/theme directory

Step 4: create a new folder called (boots) and press and hold it and click on permission. Make sure the number says 744. If not then change it to 744

Step 5: copy your bootanimation.zip file to /data/system/theme/boots and then hold it and press on permissions and set it to 644

step 6: reboot and enjoy!

edit: I tested this on HyperOS 3.0.10.0 I don't know if it will work on HyperOS 1 or 2 or not

i just flashed a HyperOS based custom roms and installed my apks and the security app added morphe to game turbo thinking its a game 🥀🥀💔
