Should I worry? I know this isn't much info but I don't know where else to go. Can a German nymph look like this?

Unfortunately I couldn't get a picture of them because when I tried to catch it in the toilet paper it started to run and I squished it. I should have tried with my phone beforehand.

I saw a nymph species on the wall upstairs by the stairs. It was small, just sat there even after turning on the light, had brown or orangish color, horizontal stripes across its whole body. I didn't see the characteristic light tan marking that you see with Germans on its body. I don't think I remember seeing the dark stripes on the head either or I would have lost my cool.

I have a trap in my water heater closet downstairs and no roaches.

I haven't seen any anywhere upstairs or downstairs prior to this.

I've had Smokey brown nymphs, and we've seen 3 American cockroach and smoky brown adult since living here for 3 years.
