I cannot get it to collect any rain. I am in the swamp biome on Prometheus. I have made sure it’s not under any large trees or cliffs. I’m at a loss here any advice would be appreciated.

I’m looking for the talents that make crafted things better and I’m having trouble. I have found the ones that make like crafted arrows and pickaxes and stuff better. But are there talents that make cooked food items better and crafted armor better? (By better I mean with the gold outline around it for one reason or another).
