In my first week of recovery, but I feel like this is too easy. It makes me feel like I didn't actually have a problem to begin with.

So, for reference, this is my first time ever attempting recovery. But now that I'm a few days in, I feel like this isn't actually recovery in a sense, because I feel like I'm not struggling enough. After getting a bit too scared with all the symptoms (hair loss, chronic cold, etc...) I decided I needed to do something. So a few days ago, I decided it was time to start getting better. For the first few days I did continue to restrict by giving myself a calorie goal and ignoring hunger beyond it, but after more reading today I decided to just eat according to hunger cues even after my goal. But now I'm feeling a bit like I was faking it this whole time, because I really don't feel that bad about having eaten so much more than normal today. I see all these posts and videos where people are struggling to eat and basically shaking at the idea of eating more than they usually do and, because I'm not struggling that much, I'm starting to think my brain just exaggerated how bad off I actually was. I know that if I keep thinking like that, though, it'll make me want to go back to my disordered habits. Is there any advice out there on avoiding feeling so... Impostery? I feel like since I'm so early into recovery I shouldn't even be making this post, as if I should be waiting for it to get harder, instead of hoping it stays easy.

A question about the clone market. I've seen too many conflicting answers.

Hey! Apologies in advance for asking what has been asked many times before, but every post I've clicked and read has had wildly differing responses.

I've been looking through the subreddit and have been getting conflicting info on some stuff, but you all seem very knowledgeable and I just want to clear up all the inconsistencies I've been seeing.

So, I've seen some stuff about Titus LDY Clones being exact 1:1's because they've purchased blueprints or something like that. I was wondering if y'all knew how valid that claim is. I've also heard that clisong and bbks are still really overpriced and that taobao is better, and was wondering how true that is especially now that taobao isn't as easy for US shoppers.

Finally, and most importantly, is the clone brand really that important to consider? Whenever I've searched for the "best" clone of any specific balisong, I get a million people all saying a different brand is best, and the brands other people said were best are actually worst. It's making me think that it's all a bit of a lottery and I shouldn't be focusing that much on brand so much as availability.

Thank you for reading!
