New Etsy T-Shirt Seller Looking for Advice

I’m a t-shirt seller on Etsy and I’m still very new to the business, so I have a few questions. It would really help if experienced t-shirt sellers could share their opinions.
Some info about my shop:
My shop is 20 days old
I’m currently selling Comfort Colors 1717 shirts using Printify
I have listed 40 designs
Total shop visits: 25

- Shipping Options
There are two shipping options I’m considering:
Printify Choice + Global
Cheaper shipping rates with global exposure (USA, Canada, Australia, UK), but limited color options.
Choosing a specific manufacturer (example: Monster Digital)
Faster shipping in the US with decent shipping rates, but international shipping is not very good.
Which option would you choose?
Should I go with global shipping and limited colors, or focus mainly on the US market with more color options?
The issue is that the global option does not offer popular colors like Moss and Brown.
- Pricing Strategy
I’m also struggling to figure out the right pricing.
Right now, I’m selling my shirts for $23.50 USD.
I’ve seen some shops selling at lower prices getting sales, but I’ve also seen shops with higher prices making sales too, so I’m confused about what works best.
I had an idea and wanted opinions on it:
I’m thinking about starting with lower prices to help get my first sales and build momentum. Then, once a specific listing starts performing well (for example reaches around 10 sales), I could slowly increase the price for that individual listing.
Do you think this is a good strategy?
