i’ve been seeing these orange dots pop up on the glass around my tank, is it mold?

so about wednesday i was doing a 100% water change on my 20 gallon tank to move my 2 adult platies from the floor to the dresser (i had just moved houses) and in the midst my pregnant platy gave birth to her fry, this instantly panicked me and i completely forgot to condition the tank water, i put the fry in the breeder and then i notice one platy swimming like a maniac and then he drops dead, i think of everything that could have happened and my stomach dropped. i dump in the conditioner and dispose of the dead platy. Fast foward a day later i add primer to the water and i make room for sand and also add beneficial nitrifying bacteria into the water. jump to sunday evening Everything has been fine the fry and platy are eating and im wondering what other steps i should take and when i can go get my 6 corydoras.
