Looking for Summer Subletter (UCSD Grad Housing)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my room this summer in UCSD graduate housing (One Miramar Street).

The room is in a 2B1B apartment, fully furnished, and available from June 7 to June 28 (dates are flexible).

Rent is about $30/day. Utilities are minimal and shared.

The place is in a very convenient location:

• ~2 min walk to gym and Street Corner market
• ~10–12 min walk to trolley station (easy access to UTC area)
• Shuttle stop right outside, ~8–10 min to main campus

The room comes with a desk, storage, and basic furniture. Kitchen and laundry are shared in-unit.

Current roommate is a UCSD grad student (male), so someone comfortable with that setup would be ideal. I’m flexible though depending on the situation.

Looking for someone respectful and clean who can take good care of the place.
