Is anyone else just obsessed with beys performance of can’t knock the hustle w Jay from his concert in July? Genuinely cannot get her voice in it out if my head. Her tone, her cadence, her everything she just sangggggg it so well. The way she moved on stage and cat walked and did her little two step. In my mind it’s no longer a Mary J blige and Jay song it’s a bey and Jay song. She just sang the fck down on that song and I don’t think enough ppl are talking about it.

These have started forming on both of my hands (my left especially) in the last hour or so that I’ve noticed. They almost look like tiny little paper cuts under the skin. They don’t hurt or anything when I press on them. They’re not anywhere else on my body. They are NOT pen marks as they won’t wash off and I haven’t handled any pens today.
Does anyone know why the mens classic polished tees haven't been on the website for a long time? Are they being discontinued? Have they been rebranded as a different name/product?
I see that there's a mens classic essentials tee but I don't know how that compares to the classic polished tee.

I literally just randomly discovered it the other day when I was listening to Kanye’s “My beautiful dark twisted fantasy”… I noticed at the bottom that there was an “exclusive bonus track”… and then I was like wait a minute hold on… that’s beyonces name in there wtf! I had never seen or heard anything about this song anywhere.
Full song is on YouTube btw. I listened to it, never even heard it in any of those “Beyoncé unreleased songs” on TikTok or anything. Although I guess this isn’t officially unreleased.
I swear I’ve never seen anyone anywhere talk about this. Not even on any Kanye subreddits could I find anything.

Hey all. Been diagnosed with acid reflux. No chest pain, heavy on the coughing and throat pain from time to time, as well as the throat clearing. I think I probably have LPR which my doctor said is harder to diagnose in comparison to the more common GERD form of reflux. Currently on rabeprozale and I’m still struggling with my symptoms a lot it seems. So now I’m really looking to make changes to my diet.
Has anyone in here gone on the acid watcher diet and stuck to it for an extended period of time? And if so how did it work out for you, when did you start to notice a change in your symptoms, etc.
I’ve been looking into going on this particular diet as I’ve really been struggling with chronic throat clearing and cough the past few months. It seems to have gotten worse the last few weeks, the cough especially. I often feel like there’s a lot of mucus and such stuck at the back of my throat too, which maybe due to my reflux or my seasonal allergies or both. So willing to try any diet that potentially really works.
Only thing I’m not sure about is the fact that it makes people lose so much weight due to the foods you eat while on the diet. I’m a pretty skinny, tall dude and I’ve been trying to eat more do that I can gain some muscle and weight, but due to my jobs that’s been pretty difficult already, nevermind the fact if I’m going to try this diet that has resulted in so many people losing 10-20+ lbs from what I’ve read a lot of.
