Hiii I’m currently at about week 3 or 4 of having a super mild physical case of mono but has anyone ever experienced derealization while having mono??? It’s constant tbh and so weird like has anyone ever felt this way and overcame it or it went away as they got better??? Please let me know!! Apparently it’s a common symptom I’ve just never ever felt like this before I’m a typically very physically and mentally healthy person so it’s so weird for me to be feeling like this
