My boyfriend’s brand new laptop (about 3 weeks old) at first wouldn’t let him change the sound at all. He updated it, restarted it again, and still no luck. we did the whole trouble shooter and check task manager stuff. I made him look into the more sound setting part and there is no device listed in any tab. Right clicked to see if disabled or disconnected devices were hidden but everything was there. It says he has no output devices connected and nothing for the laptop pops up when we try to connect one. Does anyone know how to fix this?
