First loaf! She a little thick
I messed up a few things, but bottom line, it was still delicious. First loaf with about a month old starter. I didn't weigh out correctly and used cups instead of grams, so that was my first problem. Also I believe the starter wasn't quite ready.
Any tips and tricks are welcomed. Also, I did use a bread machine as I don't have a Dutch oven yet.
Again, I used cup measurements, I know, big no no. So I used 3 cups king Arthur bread flour, 1.25 cups water, somw butter, salt ans then .5 cup starter. Ran it through a knead cycle, proofed 10 hours then baked for 70 mins with dark crust setting. Rested for about 2 hours on the cooling rack before I did my first slice.
