I need to know the alternative routes na hindi po naka-lrt. Shift starts at 5:30 so okay lang ako bumiyahe ng 3:30 everyday (lrt operates at 4;30 so hindi na agad pwede). I am open to booking move it/joyride kahit saan sa sucat if yun lang yung route ng jeep/bus since wala namang pumapasok sa northgate. Please help your girlie out!

Sobrang tagal po ba talaga ng application process sa BDO?

I've been reading different posts and experiences online, pero mixed reviews ang nakikita ko. In my case, the HR recruiter informed me that they are still finalizing their assessment and recommendation. They also mentioned that the hiring manager/team gave positive feedback after my interview. Given that feedback, is there a higher possibility that I'm still being considered for the role?

For context, I'm applying for an officer-level position in one of their head office departments in Manila. It's been about a month since my last update from HR. The last thing they told me was that they would get back to me once there was feedback regarding the assessment and recommendation. Do they really take months to provide a final decision, especially for candidates they are still considering? I haven't come across a similar situation yet, so I'm curious if anyone has experienced something like this.

**For context:**

I am applying for an officer role (HQ). I have received a text from hr a week after my hr interview (with the hr manager) that they received good feedback from that interview and that they are already finalizing the assessment results and recommendation. However, it has been a week already. The hr responded to my follow up a day ago stating the same thing.

May I know gaano katagal pa ito? I am really hopeful dahil parang may reassurance sa text ng hr.
