Maybe fired
So, yesterday, I made a post about checking my feedback (thank you to whoever told me it was in Workday. I didn’t even have the app downloaded.) because I was told by my Coach that he might fire me due to performance. Now, I understand if my performance was bad, but literally every time they tell me my performance is bad, it’s just ‘move faster’. I’m already moving quick, accommodating other teams as well as getting my work done, and making sure to stay in contact with my Team Lead if anything doesn’t go to plan. And my coach made a point to point out my ‘bad days’. Days that I move slower than normal, but it’s either cause I’m uber depressed, which I work through anyways, or I’m sick.
The issue here is he literally said I have to go to OPD/OGP or I’m getting fired. I’m doing everything I can to move faster. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. He said that I really will have to sell myself to the OGP/OPD coach so I can secure a spot.
However, I told my coworker and they said that my Coach does this to all the women on the team. He basically bullies them till they quit. And he shows favoritism to my Team Lead, even when my lead was an associate.
What should I do? I’m afraid I’m going to get fired without anything lined up. I’ve already applied for other jobs, but I’m still so anxious.
Edit: I have also been told that my Coach really hates when people take PTO, especially if it takes people away from his team, and me and my fiance are on his team, and we both asked for a week off in August for our honeymoon, so it could be retaliation, but no one knows for sure, cause he just says it’s performance issues.
Edit 2: I was told to put in an Ethics report, because he is doing this just to target me and he is upset with Cap 2, but the Cap 2 team is on barebones, so he can’t fire anyone from that team.
