Hi folks,

Recently around 3 months(in December) back i passed my 2 wheeler DL test,within 2 days I got my DL on Digilocker App,which I know holds validity as per original hard copy.But I have not received DL hardcopy by post from my concern RTO till now.

On sarathi parivahan portal,on checking my application no,I found that the application is still pending at Printing DL in form 7.

I can't find any recent video online related to this.

On little inquiry to my nearby CSC center,the guy seems unclear and told me that,post Covid,RTOs have stopped providing hardcopy of DL by post.He told to get a laminate or PVC printout of DL.

Please clarify if anyone have recently got their DL or any circular in this regards.
