Been over weight my whole life until now. In high school I was wearing size 42 jeans and xxl shirts. 2 years ago I started working out only doing weight training. Now I wear size 30 jeans and M shirts. So proud of my progress. I hope this can motivate someone and remember that it is a marathon not a sprint.
