So I’m think if starteing a small business that I can offer baked goods for a affordable price but my question is is there a market for them if I make normal and gluten free versions for people who may have celiac or a gluten intolerance?

Posting this as an fyi me and my whole family of 4 people all went to the Denny’s on money yesterday about 11 am and all woke up with food poisoning and stomach issues this morning. I called and they didn’t care what so ever the guy on the phone was like oh I’m so sorry I’ll double check my temperature but that’s it . Minds you I’m completely gluten free and order the gluten free items form there menu and still got extremely sick
Ok so I work for McDonald but have a sever gluten intolerance and costly smell the apple pie being baked does anyone know of a good alternative for them
