I want to play online not single player

do u start drawing just after thinking of the main idea and plot, or do u write/plan the whole story before u start drawing, if u do, how do u plan, like the steps u take, do u start with the power system, the plot, after u start with one of these, what do u do afterwards
also one problem I face is I think of a main idea for my story and I create a power system and I have some events I want to do in the manga, but idk how to link them together, how to add the small details and minor events in the middle, if u have any ways to brainstorm ideas, plz share them here. thnx
