Mother's day kudos to all who have the heart and action to includewithin themselves - Brilliant!

Once a Scottish colleague at a yoga course i attended, looked stunned after an amazing learning and eye opening session we had had one day. On being asked what he learnt, he commented that they as a culture are so individualized. And in India he was very moved by the way we include so many people, creatures and environment into our understanding of joint value.

Sadhguru so brilliantly shared his views on the same on mother's day as below,

"The beauty of motherhood is not in reproduction but in the willingness of including another life into yourself"

Have you had any such experience?

I used to watch news and reels at meal times, then i came across a video of a Yoga Guru saying that your mood while eating can impact the benefits you get from the food.

And i stopped watching the news during my meals. This is exactly what I decided to change. I stopped watching news during meals

.

Believe me it feels very peaceful to slowly munch you meal while keeping the mind calm and focus on the food. I'm feeling better! And this Yogi deserves a mention, he's Sadhguru from India, the Isha Foundation.

I would recommend you tty this!
