Does this all look good is there anything thats bad/could be improved or that I could add?

Also considering Uridine Monophosphate (UMP) and Modafinil. Thoughts on this?

My main goals are

  • Increase sustained focus
    • Stay locked into study for longer.
    • Reduce distractibility.
    • Improve executive function.
  • Improve learning and long-term memory
    • Encode information more effectively.
    • Retain it for exams.
    • Recall it faster under pressure.
  • Reduce mental fatigue
    • Maintain cognitive performance over 5–7 hours of study.
    • Avoid the afternoon "brain fog."
  • Improve stress resilience
    • Stay calmer during Year 12.
    • Prevent stress from reducing study quality.
    • Support mood without feeling sedated.
  • Support brain health
    • Provide nutrients the brain needs (e.g. omega-3s).
    • Use supplements with reasonable long-term safety.
    • Avoid unnecessary risk.
  • Keep it high ROI
    • Specifically wanted a minimal but effective stack rather than taking lots of supplements "just because."

Also the zinc ect is just for test

Thank you for help, its greatly appreciated
