Does this all look good is there anything thats bad/could be improved or that I could add?
Also considering Uridine Monophosphate (UMP) and Modafinil. Thoughts on this?
My main goals are
- Increase sustained focus
- Stay locked into study for longer.
- Reduce distractibility.
- Improve executive function.
- Improve learning and long-term memory
- Encode information more effectively.
- Retain it for exams.
- Recall it faster under pressure.
- Reduce mental fatigue
- Maintain cognitive performance over 5–7 hours of study.
- Avoid the afternoon "brain fog."
- Improve stress resilience
- Stay calmer during Year 12.
- Prevent stress from reducing study quality.
- Support mood without feeling sedated.
- Support brain health
- Provide nutrients the brain needs (e.g. omega-3s).
- Use supplements with reasonable long-term safety.
- Avoid unnecessary risk.
- Keep it high ROI
- Specifically wanted a minimal but effective stack rather than taking lots of supplements "just because."
Also the zinc ect is just for test
Thank you for help, its greatly appreciated
