Makes more sense with its move set and ice scales considering it, low spe. Def.
I used my latios candy and got tier 3 shiny, then got the rest of the egg moves with candy that I had just gotten from the hatching tier. 3 shiny

Add the side menu for abilities and moves in the team builder section like the pokedex
