Update on weight loss: 33.8lbs lost in 9 weeks.

Update on weight loss: 33.8lbs lost in 9 weeks.

I only take 7.5mg Once per day Usually at the start of the day unless I need my appetite to eat necessary protein. it’s still working just as good as day one to suppress my appetite.

Dexa results after losing 30lbs 13.5lbs of fat lost

I was kind of dissapointed. I went from 209.5 to 179.5 dehydrated. then carbed up to 187.5 a day before my dexa. it said that of the weight I lost 13.5lbs of it was fat after 8 weeks of dieting. not bad but.. it goes to show you that not even half of the weight I lost was actual fat. Lost a lot of water weight. but I started with 85.5lbs of fat and now I have 72.5lbs of fat despite the scale being 30lbs lighter. If I had to guess.. future weight loss will probably be mostly fat. In the future I’m not going to carb up before getting scanned. I’ll just go for the fatloss numbers because apparently dexa counts fluid loss as lean mass loss even though you haven’t lost any muscle or strength. But ya.. I’ve got a looooong way to go. my first goal is to cut that 85.5lbs of fat in half. So I’m about 1/3rd of the way there.

12.5lbs lost in 9 days on 7.5mg

I started on 5mg and have bumped it up to 7.5mg. I don’t feel like taking more. I got a Dexa body compositionscan on day 1.

5’7” male with a weight of 210lbs.

It said basically that I had 86lbs of fat on me. And a lean mass of 118lbs. So I’ve been eating… 100-140g of protein. Per day which is… about 4-500 calories. Plus another 4-500 calories from fat and barely any carbs. I’ve dropped from 210 to 197.5 in 9 days. 12.5lbs lost

I am feeling lighter and better mentally everyday. I have no need to take 15mg let alone the 37.5mg some people are taking. I did notice 5mg was not as good as 7.5mg. So I’m sticking with half a 15mg pill per day.

foods I’ve been eating:

1% cottage cheese 80 cals per serving 12g protein

reduced fat string cheese 50 cals 6g protein

chicken breast- almost all protein.

greek yogurt 100 cals 17g protein

Zero sugar pie filling 1 can cherry 1 can apple. topping for your cottage cheese or yogurt.

1 can only has 200 calories.

I eat 1/4 can as a topping for only 50 calories and it makes it sooooo tasty For almost no calories.

while working I’ve gone to Hardee’s and bought burger patties if I got really hungry but the first week i was able to fast all throughout work pretty easily. Now I’m getting more protein in to reduce muscle loss. I’m losing about a lb a day. sure it’s probably water but I know some of it has been fat and my strength is not decreasing.

Is polymarket A SCAM?

hey guys. I’ve deposited about… $3500 in the last 2 weeks and I’ve grown it to about… $6,000. but… I just got spooked… when I went to buy it wouldnt let me and it says “We're reviewing a $xx.xx balance discrepancy on your account. Trading and withdrawals are temporarily paused. Your funds are safe.“. So wtf… what discrepancy it’s like $27 and now I can’t do any activity whatsoever on the app. This is totally unacceptable. Then I started looking up some stuff on Reddit and people are having sooooooooooooooooo many issues. what’s going on like… I’m immediately going to stop depositing money into this app. I have never had anything like this happen. I’m starting to wonder… this could take forever to clear up over some made up $27 discrepancy.. I don’t even know what they are talking about. I have a feeling when I do go to withdraw I may end up like all these other guys who can’t withdrawal for months I’m reading about. So. my question is. How long have you been using polymarket, and do you trust it, is it because I’m a newish trader or… is this something that is inherent with the app.. because this feels super scammy and fishy..
