My cycle is usually 33 days long, and I’m late for my period by a day or so , but negative pregnancy tests

Did i ovulate later than usual?

I’m unsure as both Natural cycles and our chart seem to differ about ovulation dates

I think this could be due to the fact that i started Magnesium Glycinate supplement this month, hope it continues on the downward trend 🤞
