Trans and heavily pierced/tattooed, where are we working? (Northern Indiana preferred)

First of all, where are some trans friendly places/ companies to work for in general?

But if I’m getting picky, My best friend is trans and has intense facial piercings, including a gauged septum. No neck or face tattoos, but does have hand tattoos. He is trying to leave his current retail job but struggling to get hired, due to a mix of the job market and his self expression.

MANY people express themselves this way, especially in the lgbtq community. So where are you all getting jobs that allow it? That actually pay a liveable wage? Almost every place he’s applied to has said the piercings gotta go in order to be hired. I know it’s being picky and I’ll get hate saying “just take them out” but it’s not my life or up to me, I’m just trying to help a friend out.

UPDATE on toddler’s leg! Idk how to update everyone at once on my old post sorry 😭

My og post got almost 60k views so I just want to update everyone.

First of all, I did call my baby’s doctor immediately, BEFORE going to Reddit, they did see her and just told me to keep an eye on it.

Anyways, I now believe my baby tried to climb her toy storage (which was why I couldn’t find a toy or anything that caused th mark). I personally didn’t buy the storage thing, or put it together, and it’s fairly new, so I didn’t even think about it having elastic cords and I didn’t know they had the amount of slack that they do. I now think she tried to climb into it when I wasn’t in the room and twisted her foot in the elastic, she probably slipped with her foot twisted in the cord, causing a friction burn of some sort. Thank you everyone for your concern and here is an update on her leg ! (Og pic, update pic, the storage in question)

My toddler came up to me with this on her leg a few hours ago, pics taken a few hours apart. It feels hard and raised, like a line shaped knot under the skin.

Remaking my post because I couldn’t edit it.

It’s 100% not from clothing, she sleeps in only a diaper and she was running around in a dress with no socks when I found the mark. She didn’t have it this morning. She’s only 1, so i would have noticed during a diaper change if it was forming. I have been with her all day in a baby proofed room, not outside, I didn’t see her wrap anything around her leg, I also haven’t found anything she could have wrapped around her leg. She really only has books, stuffed animals, animal figurines, ball pit balls, foam letters, nothing string like. She doesn’t act like it’s hurting her.
