Is there a way to talk to Customer Service anymore?

I ordered a toilet seat last week. Instead they delivered a giant heavy box with a metal shelving unit.

When I tried to return it by saying I didn’t get my item, the bot tells me “here is the picture; it was delivered.” Fine, so I tried saying that I received the wrong item. “Take it to the post office blah blah to return.”

I don’t want to haul a 5-foot 150lb box to the post office because they screwed up.

Is there no way to talk to a human to get advice on this? Or do I just throw up my hands, keep the shelving unit and reorder the damn toilet seat??!

Help me rank my best base products!

I’m coming to the realization that I may be a fair olive/neutral undertone. My veins are both blue and green (lol) and my best gold colour is actually rose gold.

I’ve been really struggling with finding the right shade recently. I pulled out all my products and decided to do some swatch comparisons. Any thoughts on which ones are best for me? The only trouble is that sometimes my face is a bit redder than my arm and my neck is paler. If I match my face it’s too dark for my neck but if I match my neck I have to add a bunch of bronzer, which I dislike.

If I had to go by my arm, what do you think are my top three here?

▲ 2 r/CPAP

I’ve been on CPAP for ten years. I lost 80+ lbs in the last year (more than 35% of my starting weight), and I’m finding now I’m having more dry mouth and discomfort with both my machines (AirSense and AirMini). On a recent trip I actually stopped using the Mini because it was making me crazy.

I suspect my pressure needs to be changed. Obviously I will talk to my sleep specialist about this, but is there a good way to determine the new pressure without doing a new study to see where I’m at? Or is it just guesswork?
