It seems like too good to be true? I got 3k more than what my classes / books will cover. Do they give money for other things as well? (Like help with housing or food? Why else would they give me that?)

embrace my widows peak??

I’m not a hugeeee fan of my widows peak but I’ve been really wanting to get curtain / wispy bangs and I think it would help cover up my widows peak but I’m not sure if my face shape is right for bangs 😭 embrace my widows peak or go for the bangs :p
