One stop shop for building needs
So I have been thinking about starting a business. Haven't done a job anywhere, just graduated few months back. So I had a few business ideas in mind and my main objective is to start something that will generate guaranteed income which is somewhat stable. So basically, the idea is to have a "One stop shop for all building needs". From cement, iron, paints, chemicals, tiles, sanitary fittings, wallpapers, PVC Panellings, etc. We will cover all the needs that are required for building under one roof.
The motive is to provide the customers all the materials they need under one place, which is convenient for the user. And the more the customers shop, the easier it will be to give competitive prices.
The plan is to own around 1 Kanal land, which is around 20 marla. Own the infrastructure and start gradually. Maybe start off with paints and wallpapers/PVC. Later get into sanitary ware, tiles etc and cement and all.
I know it is a heavy investment business, but I won't put in all the money at once. I will start off slow.
I want some feedback from the people here who are experienced and have something to say about it. I would really appreciate it.
