confused about changes in emotions and mood swings — is this normal?
Over the past year or so, my emotions feel like they’re all over the place. One minute I’m happy and excited, and the next I feel sad, angry, or irritable for no clear reason. Small things that never bothered me before now make me upset or frustrated easily. Sometimes I feel really motivated and energetic, and other times I feel tired, uninterested, and like I don’t want to talk to anyone or do anything. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you manage these changing feelings and stay calm?
is it just me or is making real friends actually so hard?
honestly, i feel like it’s so difficult to find genuine friendship these days. everyone seems so busy or just keeps things surface level, and it’s rare to meet people you can actually be yourself around. i have people i talk to but not really anyone i feel truly connected to. does anyone else struggle with this or is it just me?
