I am 40 years old and I am from Yemen I don't have skills and Certificates I want to get my main project to start business But I don't know how I can do that

Is there a way to obtain a travel visa without having to apply for asylum for someone from Yemen? Is there a way to get help to change this bad situation? I explored every avenue. I tried everything, but I couldn't find a solution.
