2000 Points Skitarii Eradication Cohort

Ok, so this is what I'm currently trying out. Basically:

  • 2 Skitarii Vanguard units in Duneriders for screening and early objective grabbing (they Scout 6")
  • 1 Vanguard unit with a Technoarchaeologist for 12" backfield screening
  • 3 Dunecrawlers with 2 Ranger units as a stable, shooty core, supported by a Tech Priest for some battlefield repairs
  • 4 Kastellan Robots with the Skitarii keyword through an Enhancement to get right into an opponent's face
  • 3 Dragoons to get right into an opponent's flank / backfield
  • 2 Ironstriders with Cognis Lascannons; I'll likely keep them in Reserve for secondaries and to keep my opponent guessing

Please note: this is not a competitive army; just a fun, versatile build I intend to run in friendly games.

Having said that: any feedback is welcome. I could swap in some Sicarians or a third Ironstrider, for example. If it turns out that three Dunecrawlers is actually a bit much, that is...

I was missing a couple of Leader units in my Skitarii-Army.

I use these as Techoarchaeologist and Marshall, respectively, to bring some variety into my collection.
