Hi everyone! I have type one diabetes and require a lot of medical baggage. Does anyone what the rules are for bringing an extra bag on? Everything personal fits perfectly in my backpack. But I have a smaller of the shoulder tote bag with all my medical supplies. Will I be able to bring this on the plane with no extra fee?

(I know that they have the right to search my bag to make sure it’s all medical supplies)

I just got broken up this past weekend… I’m we had a trip planned mid July. Is going to Disney alone worth it or should I cancel?
