Deck

The food trailer I currently own has a large back deck on it. Roughly 10ft of unused space. Any recommendations on what to do with it? Should I close it in and use the extra space for more fryers etc? I thought it would be cool to make it almost like a walk in cooler. There used to be a giant reverse flow smoker on it. I think it weighed around 3k lbs.

Floors

What does everyone have in their trailer for flooring? I have diamond match flooring and absolutely hate it. It gets slippery so easy and always looks dirty. I was wondering if there were any alternatives. Thank you

Cleaning

I own a food trailer with diamond plated flooring. The floors seem to turn a dirty black color very quickly. I don’t know what the black is from? It gets tracked around really bad. It will rub off your shoes onto things and turn it straight black. I cannot figure out what is causing it, the only thing I can think of is the deep fryer, which leaves black in the exhaust and black in the hood ventilation. I took the fryer apart and found a weird cauliflower-like mass of burnt bits, very weird but I cleaned it and the burning there seemed to get better. I will leave a picture in the comments. Any help at all is appreciated.

Took my first dose at 9am

Hey everyone, I’m currently fighting for my life rn at 1 am. I took my first dose of lexapro today. 10mg cut in half. I felt fine most of the day, then around 5pm my stomach started to feel disgusting. The thought of food made me want to projectile vomit. I’m taking this medicine for the fear of throwing up mind you. So terrible combo, anyway I got some food down eventually and my stomach felt meh until bedtime. I am pretty good at not throwing up, knock on wood, so I’ve been chewing gum, smelling rubbing alcohol, and I took some tums that contain ginger to supposedly help with the nausea. I just woke up like 30 minutes ago in a sweat and am fighting for my life yet again. Do you think I should push through with this medicine, my main concern is I do not have the time to “push through” this as I cannot take any time off work etc. I don’t know what to do and if I do stop taking this when will I feel better? If anyone has any tips for me please let me know, I do not want to feel like this for weeks or even a couple more days. My anxiety makes me feel nauseous but this is another level. I really need help with my health anxiety and I really wanted this to work good. I’m not the biggest fan of trial and error like this, last time I tried an ssri I passed out a week into it, which I had never had a history of passing out. (Zoloft 25mg). That was a pretty scary experience for me, but other than the passing out, I was completely symptom free leading up to it.
