Upgrade to a ‘26 Q7?

Would it be dumb to upgrade my ‘22 to a ‘26? Dealer is offering $7k off before negotiation, plus $6k Audi incentive plus $2k loyalty.

I wasn’t planning on it, and wasn’t exactly looking for another Audi much less the same car, but $15k+ has me considering flipping my (rather troublesome and now out of warranty ‘22) for a ‘new’ ‘26.

Anyone have an idea what the current market is for dealer discounts before incentives?

New owner. Absolutely love it

Picked this up a few days ago and absolutely love it. Carbon Black M60i with nearly every option ticked other than B&W and the upsized wheels. I’ve been casually looking for awhile, and with the current offers and deals plus the bad redesign decided to pull the trigger. Got a great deal on an awesome spec and it was an easy decision. What a machine!

Zone 6b. Japanese Maple. This tree was planted 3-4 years ago and was thriving. Loaded with leaves last year and lots of new growth, with buds set all over the outer limbs. It just never came back this year and everything is dried out and dead other than 2 lower branches. The only thing I noticed was this white lichen-like coating on the trunk, and perhaps a small crack(?) at the base? Curious if anyone knows what may have caused this.

I assume this is a full replacement? If so, any suggestions? I’d like something that is hardy and doesn’t get too big, preferably with a bit of color since I have a lot of green shrubs in the area. This area gets a fair bit of shade, particularly in early spring and late fall, due to my garage on the souther side.

*Update: located in southeast MA
