1. I created this shop because I enjoy designing digital products and wanted to build something creative that people could use for gifts, cards, and special occasions.

2. Before opening, I researched other Etsy digital shops and learned that presentation matters a lot — especially thumbnails, SEO, and having a consistent style throughout the shop.
