President Of Keel First Publication

Ganesh Aiyer, recently announced as President of Keel, has published the following today:

>Two weeks in as President of Keel Infrastructure and my conviction has only grown: this industry is being reshaped by power availability, not just demand. Keel saw that early. A 2.2 GW pipeline with interconnections already secured puts us in a position to deliver at scale.

These first weeks have been about listening and getting to know the team. What has struck me most is how much operating experience they bring and the energy they have for what we are building. As we grow the team, this is exactly the kind of talent we'll keep adding. It's what it takes to build a platform meant to scale, not a series of one-off projects.

Next, I'll be on the road visiting our North American campuses and deepening conversations with our customers and partners.

Thank you to Ben Gagnon and the Keel Infrastructure board for this opportunity. Excited about what we build from here.

The Next Big ONDS Acquisition Might Be in the Space Sector

I like to connect the dots, though this is pure speculation.

In the LADOS presentation, you can see that SkyWeaver (PLTR) connects multiple layers, including Group 4 UAS and satellites.

With the acquisition of DZIN, ONDS is now capable of supplying Group 4 UAS and even 5. However, it cannot provide the space layer yet.

In today's presentation, they showed a slide illustrating how DZIN adds to SkyWeaver, but they intentionally left "SPACE" as an empty layer.

So, my guess is that at some point they will target an acquisition for the space layer. I doubt it will happen this year, since Eric Brock stated:

>I expect us to moderate the acquisition pace in the second half and focus on driving growth and operating leverage across the company.

And when asked for more details, he added:

>Moderation of our M&A plan is specifically towards demonstrating that the systems can be integrated in the field and are being integrated with customers, and we are supporting them with a very robust platform.

What do you think? Is it possible? Too crazy?

DGXX: What does the deal with cerebras mean?

DGXX has signed a base deal with Cerebras (CBRS) worth $1.1B, with the potential to scale up to $2.5B.

  • OpenAI Connection: DGXX may be indirectly power-serving OpenAI through CBRS. This stems from Cerebras $20B partnership with OpenAI ($10B immediate commitment), which demands massive infrastructure deployment: 750 MW total capacity allocated, a staged rollout of 250 MW online each year across 2026, 2027, and 2028, and an option for an additional 1.25 gigawatts (GW).
  • Frontier Labs / AI Clients: DGXX may be supplying other frontier labs that utilize CBRS for fast inference, such as Mistral, Perplexity, Moonshot, Poe (Quora), Notion, Cognition, Hugging Face, and OpenRouter.
  • The Rise of Tokenomics: Over the last few weeks, AI budget cuts driven by increasing costs may force enterprises to shift toward more cost-effective, open-weight models. Cerebras is perfectly positioned to capture this shift. For instance, they have launched a Kimi K2.6 optimization and it highlights how their chips deliver massive performance boosts for highly efficient, cheaper models.
  • Risks of the Deal: While Cerebras's narrow customer base poses a risk, the company is making a major strategic pivot toward Cloud Inference Services. According to their SEC filings, while on-premises hardware remains important, the company now frames its entire business model around cloud-based inference services and broader infrastructure delivery.

DGXX: ATM dilution could be ending soon

Today DGXX announced the acquisition of Vera Rubin Systems and provided an operations update.

From the report, we can estimate the ATM dilution:

  • Baseline cash: $75m (Q4 cash) - $65m (deployed CapEx) = $10m
  • ATM new capital: $150m (current cash) - $10m (baseline cash) = $140m
  • Remaining dilution: $175m (total pool limit) - $140m (new capital) = $35m

Therefore, the company has executed around 80% of its total dilution pool.
