Obsession with housewives

What is this obsession of people with women who are housewives by their own will?
It’s been a year since I moved abroad with my husband from Pakistan. And I love being at home, doing chores in my own way, love cooking and trying new recipes.. and somehow by the end of the day even being a housewife in a tiny home feels tiring (atleast to me). Maybe because I wasn’t used to of managing household responsibilities on my own.. or maybe its my low iron lol
But the amount of people from back home that ask me what do you do staying at home all day and i reply with housework. And reply is always “There are only 2 people living at home, how much work could there even be, you only have to cook one meal a day.”
I hate explaining every time instead of giving a shut up call. Specially when it’s women mostly saying this stuff.. boils my blood. Someone tell me what do I tell them next time😭

Language school vs online course

Its been almost a year since I moved to Italy. Everyone pushes me that I should join a school for my course I dont want to..
The reason why language learning has been a hurdle: 1) Im a housewife and only go out for groceries n stuff or for travel with husband.
2) I am an introvert with social anxiety and don’t enjoy going out alone or social with new people.
3) the thought of joining a class with different people makes me anxious and lowers my confidence..

I used to do Duolingo, didn’t like it much so switched to coffee break Italian.. its good to listen to while doing something but I need something more immersive and structured, like an All-in-one course..

Please give me suggestions. Everyone around me says I can’t learn without joining a school. 🫩
Open to paid course as-well if not that expensive..
