Lost purse, $250 reward

Hi everyone, this is kind of a Hail Mary post. On this most recent Sunday afternoon, at 4:55pm, I was in South Station, at Gate 7, and my bus driver dropped my purse while trying to take my bag.

As of now, I have called and left my name with the MBTA lost and found, the bus company, and the Police Department. Alongside my wallet, there are a bunch of personal gifts in there, and my keys. Cards and IDs are replaceable, but the contents otherwise are not.

It's a small black purse, with a keychain of a blue and purple twine jellyfish on the zipper pull. Inside, the most notable thing is a glass yellow iris flower, an assortment of photos, earplugs, and small gifts I have been carrying.

There was also cash in the wallet, and between that and how desperate I am to get it back, I am offering a reward of $250 to whoever has it. Nobody has tried using my cards or anything like that, but I have cancelled everything and I'm working through the process of reporting my IDs missing.

I am not even sure if someone has it, threw it out, or what happened. All I know is I had it before trying to get on the bus, then I somehow got on the bus without it. The issue I have with the bus company is a separate one, but if anyone knows anything or can help me out at all, please PM me. I will be so grateful. I appreciate any help or advice anyone can give

Are subleasers supposed to help out around the house

Someone is subleasing a room in my apartment for the summer and it feels like I'm just hosting a multi-month guest. I'm the only one that takes out the trash, when it needs to be taken out she texts me to do it. Same with any cleaning. I'll just get a text saying something needs to be cleaned. Like idk it feels like if you’re paying rent you have to help out too but I might be wrong.

When do we find out how much our bill is gonna be for next year (returning student)

Basically what the tag says. Haven't gotten my financial aid package yet but my sister at another school already got theirs. My parents are not happy we haven't gotten ours yet as it will determine if I can continue at this school depending on if they gave more money than previous years (now that they have a second child in college)
