Hi, probably you remember me as the guy with the singing video over one fantastic rendition of the Revolutionary Etude from another very talented colleague. As I have listened to several performances randomly in the span of 2-3 days of different Chopin etudes, I have noticed one major issue which had to do with attention and musicality, so I felt it would be nice and helpful to share words I have learned from my teachers:

„The hand which is not having the technical task, is the one which the etude was written for and needs your utmost attention“.

Whoever understands this, is at a big musical and technical advantage.

Hi everyone! Does anyone have since the newest version 12.3 issues with their MIDI keyboard automation controller? I am using Nektar LX88+ and at 12.2 had no issues with recording automation with any of my faders on the keyboard which I programmed. Now since the new update whenever fader Logic Pro learns, then it stops recognising it and has no IN and no OUT. When I change the fader, the new fader takes the place of the old one - no recognition from Logic, but the old fader is released and it is recognised again by the software. Automation is set on Latch. I would be grateful to any tips or if someone has the same experience! Thank you!

Basically the title. Here is the situation:

I am lightweight around 60 kg, narrow body type, side sleeper, man. I have an old mattress from my landlord, it is IKEA HAFSLO, hard. I feel I have some pain in my back (not waist or hips) and when I sleep on my sides I also do not feel comfortable. I sleep poorly, 7 hours and feel tired when waking up. I will also be moving out in an year.

The question is - should I buy a cheap mattress for 300-400€ (IKEA, maybe Vagstranda), go for 700€ mattress (Kameo, Swiss Sense 50% discount) or just buy a topper from IKEA, 7cm, Norrsele for 190€? Everything is 140/200 cm. I didn’t feel particularly comfortable with any option, I even went to Auping for the curiosity. In hotels I sleep better, sometimes at other houses too. I am based in the Netherlands if it is important. What do you recommend me as a student who will graduate next year and will move out but needs also a good quality sleep? Thank you!
